Tire Coupling

Description
Tyre coupling transmits torque by the friction between tyre and flange end face. This shaft coupling has very high elasticity and strong ability in compensation for relative displacement of two axes.

Application
Tyre coupling is mainly used in driving shaft system features large impact, polytropic in positive and negative going motion and frequently starting.

Features
1. This tyre coupling has simple structure, thus it’s easy to maintain, assemble and disassemble.
2. It has good elasticity, low torsional rigidity and strong vibration reduction ability.
3. This shaft coupling is reproduction of the original LB type tyre coupling JB/ZQ4018-85. It has good shock absorption, buffering effect and compensation performance of deflection between shafts.
4. Working environment of this machine is -20 to 80℃ and nominal torque is 10 to 25000 N.m.
5. Tyre coupling adopts high quality rubber inside with nylon thread and nylon fabric. Thus the tyre has the advantages of reliable quality, having flexibility and long serving life.
